These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MagicBox (the "Service"), operated by Nhancio Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"), Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
MagicBox is a marketing-automation platform that generates on-brand content (text, images, video/avatars) and, where connected, publishes it to third-party social networks on your behalf.
You must sign in with a valid Google account, be at least 18, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Paid plans (Pro, Max) are billed via our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record. Prices are shown at checkout in USD and are exclusive of any taxes collected by the payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
You will not use the Service to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that violates the terms of any connected platform (Instagram/Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). You will not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service or its AI systems. You are responsible for content you generate and publish.
Output is generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate or resemble existing works. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published. We make no warranty that output is original, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.
When you connect a social account, you authorize us to publish content you approve. You may disconnect at any time. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's terms.
You retain rights to content you upload and to output you generate, subject to the AI providers' terms. We retain all rights in the Service itself.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
In accordance with applicable Indian law, our Grievance Officer is Didigam Nithin (nithindidigam@nhancio.com). Grievances may also be sent to hello@nhancio.com and will be acknowledged and addressed within the timelines required by law.
