Nhancio Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"), Hyderabad, Telangana, India, operates MagicBox (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
To provide and improve the Service, generate and publish content you request, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
We keep data while your account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can request deletion (see Rights).
Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR/CCPA/DPDP) you may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to or restrict processing. Contact hello@nhancio.com. You can disconnect social accounts and delete generated content at any time in the app.
We use cookies/local storage for authentication and analytics. Where required, we request consent before non-essential tracking.
Access tokens and API keys are stored server-side only; social tokens are not client-readable. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We are based in India. Data may be processed in India and in other countries where our processors (listed above) operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied for cross-border transfers.
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18.
In accordance with applicable Indian law, our Grievance Officer is Didigam Nithin (nithindidigam@nhancio.com). You may raise privacy grievances there or at hello@nhancio.com; we will acknowledge and resolve them within the timelines required by law.
